Let's venture over to Payless Shoes, shall we?  Payless Shoes has been around forever, and there's something to be said for businesses that last.  They know their customers, and their customers want fabulous designer shoes, but lack the proper funds.  Sound familiar? Well, Payless Shoes definitely pays attention every time winter rolls around and which seasonal boot is in high demand.  Of course, I am talking about Ugg boots.
